NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

COMMISSIONS 

• Commissioned pieces may be cancelled and refunded, sans deposit, during the drafting phase. 
• There will be no cancellations once production has begun. 

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of purchase in the event the product is defective.
